Call Us

(385) 406-1774

Hours: Monday–Saturday, 7:00am–7:00pm. If you call outside those hours, we will get back to you when we open. Found a problem on Sunday? Put food away in sealed containers, close off the room if you can, and call first thing Monday — and do not dry-sweep any droppings you find (Utah deer mice can carry hantavirus; ventilate and wet-clean instead, or wait and ask us how).

What Happens When You Call

1. You describe what you are seeing. Scratching in the ceiling, droppings under the sink, a burrow by the foundation — a minute of detail helps us bring the right equipment and give you an honest first read on what it probably is.

2. We book your inspection. You get a specific appointment window during our Mon–Sat hours, and we tell you anything worth doing before we arrive (usually: nothing at all — fresh signs help us read the situation).

3. You get a written plan and a real quote. After inspection we lay out the species, the entry points, the removal and sealing work, and the cost — in writing, before you commit to anything.

Service Area

Based in downtown Provo: 150 S Freedom Blvd, Provo, UT 84601 — we come to you, anywhere in Utah County.

Provo and the surrounding Utah County communities:

Provo · Orem · Springville · Spanish Fork · American Fork · Lehi · Pleasant Grove · Mapleton

Outside that ring? Call anyway — if we cannot help, we will say so plainly rather than leave you on hold.

Before You Call — Helpful Details

You do not need to prepare anything formal, but a few details make the conversation faster: where you have seen droppings or heard noises, roughly when it started, whether pets or children are in the home, and — for rentals and businesses — who will meet us at the property. Photos of droppings or damage on your phone are genuinely useful; show us when we arrive, or describe them on the call. And if another company has already treated the property, tell us what they did — it changes what we look for first.

No Form — By Design

Rodent problems are easier to sort out in a two-minute conversation than in a week of email tag. That is why this page has no form. One call, and you will know what you are dealing with and what happens next.
