Where Provo Rodent Pros Works
Provo Rodent Pros is a rodent-only service, and our work follows the rodents. In Utah County, that means two main patterns. Along the eastern bench, where neighborhoods climb toward the foothills, deer mice move down out of open land every fall and get into attics, garages, and wall voids. Toward the west — the Provo River bottoms and the Utah Lake side of the valley — Norway rats work the river corridor and field mice and voles pressure homes at the edge of open ground. The towns we serve sit somewhere on that east–west line, and the rodent problem in each one reflects where it sits.
Our home base is Provo itself, where we cover all twenty neighborhoods listed on the Provo service page — from the canyon mouth at Rock Canyon to the river bottoms in the west, and from the BYU area in the north to East Bay in the south. Outside Provo, we serve the seven Utah County towns below. If your town is on this page, a call to (385) 406-1774 reaches the same crew that handles Provo, with the same approach: find how they are getting in, remove the animals that are there, and seal the structure so the problem does not simply restart next season.
Towns We Serve
Provo
Our home city — all twenty neighborhoods, from the Wasatch bench to the Provo River bottoms, with deer mice, house mice, Norway rats, and voles all in play depending on the side of town.
Rodent control in Provo →Orem
Provo's neighbor to the north, sharing the same bench and foothill edge — deer mice in attic spaces each fall, plus house mice in established family neighborhoods.
Rodent control in Orem →Springville
South of Provo at the foot of the mountains, with older homes near the foothills seeing steady deer mouse pressure and voles in mature yards.
Rodent control in Springville →Spanish Fork
Southern Utah County, where river bottoms, farmland edges, and growing subdivisions meet — field mice, voles, and rats near the river corridor.
Rodent control in Spanish Fork →American Fork
Established north-county neighborhoods with mature trees and older housing stock — attic mice in the fall and house mice year-round.
Rodent control in American Fork →Lehi
The fast-growing north end of the county, where new subdivisions back onto open land and construction pushes rodents toward garages, sheds, and new attics.
Rodent control in Lehi →Pleasant Grove
Bench homes sitting under the foothills — deer mice moving in from open land above, voles in landscaped yards, and house mice in older sections of town.
Rodent control in Pleasant Grove →Mapleton
Larger rural-edge lots right at the mountain's foot — sheds, outbuildings, and woodpiles give rodents cover, and deer mice test every foundation each fall.
Rodent control in Mapleton →Not Sure If You Are in Our Area?
The list above is where we work every week. If you are in a Utah County community just outside it — or on a street that sits on the line between two of these towns — call and ask. We would rather tell you honestly on the phone than have you guess. Every service on this site, from mice control and rat control to full exclusion work and attic cleanup, is available in every area we serve, Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm.

Tell us your town and what you are hearing or seeing — scratching in the attic, droppings in the garage, runs in the lawn — and we will set up an inspection.
